All T-Shirt sales are final.
We are happy to accept returns for store credit on all clothing items with the exception of T-Shirts.
Simply contact us at wecare@mendedearth.com within three days of receiving your order. To qualify for store credit, garments must be in the same condition in which you received them.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and t-shirts.
All T-Shirt sales are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted a store credit will be issued via a gift card to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit via a gift card though your email.
